Your Account

You will need to provide your mobile phone number and email address in order to create an appointment with our online booking service. Whenever you re-visit the online booking service you agree to use the very same contact information and same spelling of your name in order for the system to accept your appointment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and any access password which will have been text to your mobile phone. You are responsible for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username and/or password. You agree to provide only accurate, truthful information.

To make an appointment as a new customer to Cherry Woods for the first time online follow the following steps.

1. Select the service you require
2. If you need an additional service please write details in the ‘Special notes’ box
3. The simple colour code allows you to see free slots and busy slots. Click on the slot you prefer.
4. Check the right hand side to double check the details of the booking are correct ie date, time and service chosen
5. Click on ‘next’ then fill out all your contact details.. Fill in all the fields.please check you have entered these correctly before confirming your appointment.
6. You will receive a confirmation email soon and a reminder email/text 24 hours before the appointment

As a returning customer you do not need to ‘login’to make an appointment, but you MUST use the exact same mobile phone number and email to make your booking... however if you need to view your previous bookings or to select a previous appointment to re-book the same treatment and to obtain a password for future viewings, follow the following steps.

1. Select previous visits
2. Select ‘Login’
3. Select ‘Don’t know password’
4. Enter your mobile phone number (must be the same you have given on previous visits) and select SEND
5. You will receive a text with a code..enter this code in the field marked ‘Password’ Make sure you have also entered your mobile phone number again where prompted
6. You should now be able to view your past appointments and able to click on any one of them if you want to re-book the same appointment/service This saves time scrolling through the service menu.

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these terms and conditions or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in our salon’s best interests to do so.

Customers are asked to cancel any appointments that they will be unable to attend at least 24 hours in advance of their reservation. You must telephone the salon directly on 07792 713 476

Once you have booked your appointment online you agree that you will abide by the cancellation policy

Cancellation policy

Should you need to change or cancel your appointment you can do so anytime (by phone) up to 24 hours before your appointment time.

You agree and understand that the Cherry Woods Skin Clinic requires a payment of 50% of the total service fee if you fail to show for your appointment or fail to call and cancel your appointment without giving a minimum of 24 hours notice by phone.

Use of Online Booking Service

You may only use the Online Booking Service if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. You will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your password and login information. You may only use the Online Booking Service to make legitimate appointments.

We will use our reasonable commercial efforts to keep the Online Booking Service available on a 24 hour/7days a week basis, subject to necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and system outages. Your access to our Online Booking Service may not be uninterrupted or available at all times. We cannot promise that our Online Booking Service will be error-free, that defects or errors will be corrected or that our site or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components. You will not use any device, software or routine that interferes or attempts to interfere with the normal operation of this site or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our computer equipment.
