ARRIVAL
Please can you arrive at the time of your appointment and NO EARLIER, as the front door will be locked during appointments.
LOYALTY BOOKINGS
All treatments, with the exception of 'ADD-ON'S can be booked as a course.
Buy 4 and receive 1 free. Valid for 7 months
Buy 10 and receive 3 free. Valid 12 months
CANCELLATIONS
Appointments can be booked up weeks in advance. There is a cancellation charge of 50% of the total booking fee if you do not give, by phone, a full 24 hours notice of cancellation or alternation of your appointment time or date. There are no exceptions.
PAYMENT
I accept all major debit and credit cards except American Express. I also do not accept company cards.
Cheques are not accepted..
